【个人简介】
姚尧,男,副教授,硕士生导师,国家自然科学基金项目评审专家,入选四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选(第十二批),全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家,期刊《稀有金属》青年编委,被Elsevier出版社期刊《Sensors and Actuators A:Physical》(2018年)和《Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical》(2016年)遴选为Outstanding Reviewer,应邀担任SCI期刊《Nanomaterials》和《Chemsensors》的客座编辑。主要从事谐振传感、MEMS传感技术、智能传感系统等相关领域的研究工作。曾先后参与完成了国家自然科学基金、电子薄膜与集成器件国家重点实验室开放课题等多项课题的研究工作。目前主持完成国家自然科学基金一项,中央高校基本业务基金一项,中国博士后科学基金第10批特别资助和第59批面上项目一等资助各一项。以第一作者和通讯作者身份在《IEEE Transactions On Nanotechnology》、《Sensors and Actuators B:Chemical》、《IEEE Sensors Journal》等SCI期刊上发表学术论文30余篇,授权中国发明专利3项。
